Strawberry mint fruit water

-3 cups of strawberries, washed and clean, or frozen. -1 1/2 cups of sugar. -1 Tablespoon of mint extract,or some fresh leaves of peppermint, or spearmint. -2 liters of water.


  using some of the water puree the strawberries in a blender, add the leaves and crush them, pour in to a jar, add the sugar and whisk it to dissolve it, add the rest of the water, chill  and serve, enjoy!

   This drink can be enjoyed all year long, but is specially refreshing during summer time, is surprisingly delicious, perfect couple for a meal, snacks or a summer hot day!
