Finnish pancake

How to prepare it

Mix dry the ingredients. Mix the eggs & milk together and stir it into the dry ingredients.

Melt butter and let it cool down a bit. Stir into the butter. Cover an oven dish (blech) with a parchment paper and pour the pancake butter on it. Bake in an oven at 200-225 °C for about 30 minutes or until it is lightly browned and bubbly on the surface. Serve with jam, whipped cream, Maple sirup, ice cream etc.
