Ingredients:

2lb tortilla dough (corn dough). 2 Mulato chilis. 2 Red pod chilis. 1 garlic clove. 1 onion. 1 1/4 lb pork chorizo. 1 lettuce. 1/4 cup of sour cream. 1/2cup of cotija cheese. 1/2 cup of tomatillo salsa. Cooking oil. salt. black pepper.

Directions: In a pot with water,cook the chilis, garlic, and half onion. Once ready, blend them and strain this sauce. Add salt and pepper. Work the Tortillas dough, and make a regular tortilla but a little bigger and squared.It have to be cooked on a comal, just like a regular tortilla. when ready soak it into the sauce. Immediately and quickly fry it. Taking care to do not let it to hard. Take out from the pan and place it on a plate. Top it with chorizo, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, shredded cheese, And add some Tomatillo salsa.
