-3 or 4 ripe avocados -1 small onion chopped in dices -1 bunch of fresh cilantro, washed and finely chopped -2 tomatoes, washed and diced -salt.
Cut the avocados in halves, using a spoon remove the avocado from the peel, take out the seed,put the avocados inside a bowl and smash them using a fork, add some salt, and keep on smashing until smooth, add the chopped onions, the diced tomatoes, the chopped cilantro and revolve, double check the salt. Guacamole is an excellent side, very nutritious and incredibly tasty. Avocados tend to turn brown after a while so fix it when you are about to eat it, serve with chips or by itself. Enjoy!
